YOUR TASKS
Are you familiar with the US sporting goods manufacturer New Balance and have perhaps worn a pair of the brand's shoes yourself? Imagine that there are also work shoes in the same design and that you play a key role in introducing the products to the German and Austrian markets. At the beginning, you will rotate through all the departments in the company that are relevant to you in order to get to know your colleagues and their areas of responsibility better. This will give you the advantage of understanding all operational contexts before you are familiarised with your area of responsibility.


- Development and implementation of trade marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales promotion
- Planning and implementing promotions and POS activities in collaboration with the sales team and customers
- Analysing market and competitive data to identify growth opportunities
- Managing and controlling the trade marketing budget
- Working closely with internal departments (sales, product management, marketing) as well as external companies and service providers
- Monitoring and analysing the measures implemented and creating reports and recommendations for action
- Customer care and new customer acquisition
- Trade fair visits
- Master data management


YOU BRING WITH
- Completed business studies with a focus on marketing / sales
- Relevant professional experience in marketing / trade marketing / distribution / sales
- Experience in managing service providers and agencies
- Very good knowledge of the common MS Office products
- Good written and spoken English
- Enjoy designing marketing campaigns in combination with planning and organisational skills
- Communication skills and team spirit as well as commitment, customer and service orientation
